The organizers have arranged a block reservation (up to 35 rooms) at the Wyndham Hotel (formerly the Holiday Inn) in the Medical Center, and very close to the Rice campus. A courtesy shuttle will take care of transportation between the hotel and the campus.
The group rate for our meeting is set at $99 per room per night (excluding 17% state and local taxes.)
