Please make sure to book in time and reserve from Tuesday Aug. 29 until Saturday Sept. 2 for your stay. On Saturday, you should move to the conference hotel (Hilton Americas). This especially applies to students that receive conference support and thus will not have to pay for their stay at the Hilton-Americas.
