Printing at Rice

If you have used the STAR Powerpoint template for QM23, you can contact Chenliang Jin with your PDF file who can then help you print the poster locally at Rice for $30 (cash).
Be mindful of the fact that the Rice printshop will only be available on Friday all day, and Saturday/Sunday between 1pm-5pm. On Monday the printshop will be closed. Plan accordingly!

Printing Off-campus

The FedEx Office in Rice Village offers poster printing opportunities. Please see instructions, below, and be aware of the 24hr lead time. The Hilton-Americas (the conference site for QuarkMatter) also has a FedEx print shop, but that could be a bit more busy around the time of our conference.



To print at FedEx Office, please follow these steps:

• Go to the following Link.
• Click on START ONLINE PRINT ORDER.
• Navigate to Banners, Signs & Posters and select Poster Prints.
• Provide the specifications for your poster and upload your file.
• Proceed to checkout.
• You should receive a notification within the next 24 hours instructing you to visit the store and pick up your poster.
